PROCEDURE OF OUR DNA TESTS

Order a test or make an appointment

You can order the test documents online or by telephone. The test kit will be sent in a neutral envelope the next day at the latest. You will receive the documents free of charge and without obligation. Payment will only be made after the samples have been sent in.

If you live near Mainz, you can also make an appointment to have your samples taken directly at our laboratory.

SAMPLING AND SHIPMENT

Samples must always be taken by a neutral witness, such as a doctor. This is required by law and is independent of what the test result is needed for. (or: whether the test result is required for private or official purposes)

The samples are also returned by the sample collection point.

ANALYSIS OF THE DNA SAMPLES

As soon as we have received all samples, including the necessary documentation and payment for the test, we start the analysis. This takes about 7-10 days.

RESULT RECEIVED

Once the analysis is complete, you will receive the results by post or e-mail, depending on the order. Fast, simple and reliable.
